
Pavel (Pasha) Radetzki is a New York-based visual artist working with public art, sculpture, installation, performance, sound and writing.
Originally from Palesse marshlands on the Belarus-Ukraine border, he’s been working from a Manhattan art studio since 1999.
Radetzki presented 18 solo exhibitions internationally and participated in dOCUMENTA_13, Manifesta_11, Manifesta_4, Beijing_798 Biennale, 4th Biennale of Contemporary Art in Moscow..
His works are concerned with unity and interdependence of human experience placed within the challenging context of contemporary socio-ecological conditions.
Radetzki’s public art sculpture '¼ wo/man - Lov Couple' was awarded a 2025 Creative Engagement grant by Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC) with support from NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and is currently exhibited in the Civic Center of Lower Manhattan through March 31st.

LOV Sculpture was exhibited in Union Square Park in Manhattan in 2024.
In 2023, LMCC awarded a Creative Engagement grant for the artist’s public art performances in Federal Plaza and Union Square Park in Manhattan.
Radetzki’s 'Portal Do Sul. Global South' landscape installation, commissioned by Instituto Catiçaba in Brazil, received the Future Art Award from Mozaik Philanthropy (Los Angeles, 2022) and CodaWorx Award (MI, 2014).
His 'Spatial Being' series received the ArtsLink Award from CEC International Partners in New York in 2002 and were exhibited at the National Museum of Belarus History.
Over the years, Radetzki produced a series of unique, on-site 'field-artworks' which took place at ecologically significant natural and urban sites and geographically remote locations - in the Amazonas river estuary, Andean Puna, Great Himalayas, to name a few, and which comprise a special group of works within his oeuvre.
The artist's on-going intergenerational Love-ego=LOV works are currently supported by the New York Foundation For The Arts fiscal sponsorship program (2024/25/26) and can receive tax deductible donations at
nyfa.org < to further develop and expand this innovative public art series.
